Activate the 3D PDF model by clicking on the model window. After a few seconds the model structure hiererachy will display in a new left frame (Model tree) while the model is displayed in the right frame. You can now see the model hierarchy by using the expand indicators ("+" signs) and tick on/off the individual objects in the model, and you can rotate/spin/pan the model in the right frame.
