- Submissions: 12 June 2009 12 noon
- Exhibition: to be announced
- Jury appraisal: Late June - Early September
Phase 2
- Selection of contestants for phase 2: early September 2009
- Submission phase 2 deadline: 26 February 2010
- Announcement of winner/s: 12 April 2010
- Secondary "competition with negotiation"
- Final winner to be announced: approx. November 2010

Viewing of the building site
Statsbygg will arrange a viewing of the building site and surroundings Friday 24 April 2009 from 12 noon to 2 p.m.
